If you are looking for a new tasty salad to serve your guests or family at your gatherings, then this colorful and healthful salad is just what you need.
This dish has so much to celebrate - juicy tomatoes and cucumbers, crispy rusks, and tender chicken are combined together to make a hearty salad.
The ingredients are seasoned with oil and lemon juice dressing with imparts some special flavor to all of them.
- 6 quail eggs
- 1 big cucumber
- 3 little tomatoes
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 bunch of lettuce leaves
- 300 g (10,5 oz) chicken fillet
- black ground pepper – to taste
- vegetable oil – to taste
- lemon juice – to taste
- parsley – to taste
- salt – to taste
Wash chicken fillet and dry it with paper towel. Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Place on a baking tray covered with foil and bake in an oven until done. Dice the chicken.
Preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry two slices of bread there. Then let them cool a little and dice the bread slices.
Wash lettuce leaves and tear them. Rinse quail eggs and hard-boil them. Then peel the eggs and cut them in halves. Wash tomatoes and cut them into medium pieces.
Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving plate. Place the chicken above. Then add the cucumbers, tomatoes, quail eggs, and rusks. Season the salad with vegetable oil and lemon juice. Top the ingredients with black ground pepper and salt.
