Carrot, Cabbage, and Chicken Salad

Are you looking for an easy and time-saving recipe? Then this one is just right for you. This salad requires very little effort.

It is light and nourishing at the same time. The salad contains only useful components and looks really appetizing.

With sour cream seasoning, chicken, carrot, and cabbage, it is a pretty mix that’ll sit perfectly on any party tray.


  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • a couple of dill twigs
  • 200 g (7 oz) fresh carrot
  • 300 g (10,5 oz) fresh cabbage
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Boil chicken fillets. Then cool the meat and cut it into medium pieces. Wash cabbage and chop if finely. Rinse carrots and grate them. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Adjust black pepper and salt to your taste. Season the salad with sour cream. Decorate the salad with fresh dill twigs and serve it.
