Fish salad with string beans and cherry tomatoes



  • 100 g of fish (perch / zander)
  • 50 g of string beans
  • 40 g of cherry tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • 10 g of sesame oil
  • 20 ml of grapefruit juice


Boil fish. Add blanched sting beans, sliced cherry tomatoes, and cut lettuce. Dress the salad with sesame oil and grapefruit juice. Mix the ingredients properly.
