Ingredients:
- 100 g of fish (perch / zander)
- 50 g of string beans
- 40 g of cherry tomatoes
- Lettuce
- 10 g of sesame oil
- 20 ml of grapefruit juice
Cooking
Boil fish. Add blanched sting beans, sliced cherry tomatoes, and cut lettuce. Dress the salad with sesame oil and grapefruit juice. Mix the ingredients properly.
