Frozen vegetable salad

This salad is light, simple and dietary.


  • 700 g frozen broccoli
  • 700 g frozen green beans
  • 400 g marinated champignons
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 50 ml water/ mushroom pickle
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • italian herbs
  • salt - to taste


Boil frozen vegetables in salty water. Cook them faster than fresh vegetables. In other case they will overcook. Cut marinated champignons into two parts. Combine water, oil, salt, lemon juice, and spicery. It is better to add 1 tsp of salt. But you can rely upon your taste. Combine vegetables, mushrooms, and dressing. Mix everything thoroughly.
