Herring with apples


  • 1 herring
  • 2 sour apples
  • 200 g of white bread
  • 1 tbsp of dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp of sour cream


Soak herring in cold water. Cut off the head, tail, and fins. Wash it again and scale. Cut off the stones and chop. Add white bread soaked in milk or water, dairy butter, peeled and chopped apples, and sour cream. Mix everything properly and put in a plate.

Tip! You can decorate appetizer with lettuce and spring onion.
