Homemade chicken sausages

upload.version_1.0.7764c78a3e33ce2e19b0f5b6dbfb307d.350x350Cook these homemade chicken sausages which contain only natural components. They are tender, healthy, and tasty. Once you try these savoury sausages, you will always cook them for your family and relatives.


  • 350 g (7/10 lb) chicken fillet
  • 150 ml milk
  • a pinch of ground coriander
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg
  • a pinch of ground sweet paprika
  • a pinch of ground black pepper
  • salt – to taste
  • garlic – to taste


Cut chicken fillet into medium pieces. Pour them with cold milk and set aside for 30 minutes. After blend the mass till smooth.

Peel and squeeze garlic. Add salt and spices. Mix everything properly. Combine the forcemeat with the spices and mix everything carefully. Place the mass in a polythene bag.

Then refrigerate the sausages for 2-3 hours. Place the mass in a pastry tube and pipe it onto the cling film. Wrap the film around the sausages and tie the edges. Roll the sausages back and forth till you get a good shape. Then boil them and serve hot with garnish!

You can also freeze the sausages and cook them later. In case you want to eat the sausages you don’t need to defreeze them, you can simply put the sausages in boiling water and cook. The time necessary for cooking depends on the length and breadth of the sausages.
