“Lasy” peach pie

We offer you a quick and easy recipe for a peach pie with vanilla sugar. A peach contains vitamin C and A, and is reach in antioxidants.

You can use plums, apricots, pears and other fruits instead of peaches.


  • 680 g canned peaches
  • 1 glass of cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g loaf of French bread
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar


Beat the eggs with cream till you have a homogeneous mass. Add usual sugar and vanilla sugar. Remove long loaf crown and slice the bread thinly. Place the slices of the bread on a baking sheet. Cut peaches and place the fruits above. Pour the ingredients with the egg mixture. Bake the pie at 200°C for about half of an hour. Cool the cooked dish in the baking sheet and serve.
