Mixed vegetable ragout



  • 3 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 1/2 green pea
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • dill, parsley
  • salt – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste


Cube carrot and potato. Slice cabbage and pepper. Then turn on the regime “stewing” on the slow cooker and cook the vegetables for half an hour. After that add green peas, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Powder the ragout with chopped parsley and dill. Serve the dish hot.
