Pancakes with liver



  • 1 l (liter) of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 tsp of soda
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 160 g (5,5 oz) flour
  • refined oil
  • kitchen herbs
  • a pinch of salt
  • liver – to taste
  • sugar – to taste


Combine milk, eggs, sugar and salt. Mix the ingredients properly. Dissolve soda in vinegar. Add flour. Mix everything thoroughly.

Knead dough with consistency of thin sour cream. Add 1-2 tsp of sunflower oil to the dough and fry pancakes in a red-hot frying pan. Season liver with salt, pepper and other kitchen herbs. Fry liver in a dry frying pan. Stuff pancakes with liver and serve them with sour cream and lettuce.
