Pancakes with liver



  • 1 l milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 tsp of soda
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 glasses of flour
  • refined oil
  • kitchen herbs
  • a pinch of salt
  • liver – to taste
  • vanillin – to taste
  • sugar – to taste


Combine milk, eggs, sugar and salt. Mix the ingredients properly. Dissolve soda in vinegar. Add vanillin and flour. Mix everything thoroughly.

Knead dough with consistency of thin sour cream. Add 1-2 tsp of sunflower oil to the dough and fry pancakes in a red-hot frying pan. Season liver with salt, pepper and other kitchen herbs. Fry liver in a dry frying pan. Stuff pancakes with liver and serve them with sour cream and lettuce.
