Pig ears with red bilberry

The dishes with pig ears hold pride of place on a festive and everyday table. This delicacy is worthily valued by people. That’s why the hostess who wants to gladden her guests should know how to cook pig ears with red bilberries, cheese, and carrot.


  • 240 g pig ears
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 80 g cheese
  • 40 g mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 25 g parsley
  • 40 g red bilberries
  • 6 ground black peas
  • lettuce
  • spring onion
  • salt – to taste


Peel and chop bulb onion and carrot. Cut spring onion finely. Combine pig ears with the prepared ingredients. Pepper them and then boil for 1,5 – 2 hours.

Grate cheese. Peel and chop garlic. Combine the garlic, cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix everything carefully. Top the pig ears with the prepared mass. Bake the dish in an oven until golden brown (2-5 minutes).

Serve the dish with mashed potatoes. Decorate the pig ears with mayonnaise and red bilberry, lettuce and spring onion.
