These cutlets have a slightly unusual but remarkably simple recipe. The secret of their recipe lies in using turmeric. This wonderful ingredient adds our cutlets a wonderful golden color which makes them even more appetizing. The recipe is also time-saving. So if you don’t have much time for cooking, this dish is the way to go. Moreover, you can serve the cutlets both hot and cold.
- 1 egg
- 5 tsp cornstarch
- 6 tsp ground turmeric
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 700 g (1,5 lb) chicken minced meat
- black ground pepper – to taste
- salt – to taste
Combine minced meat and an egg. Then add cornstarch and chopped turmeric. Mix everything carefully. Season the mass with black ground pepper and salt.
Preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Shape the prepared mass in the form of cutlets.
Fry them for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve the chicken cutlets hot.
