The grape seeds contain vitamins A, E, K and natural oils which help forward the cells strengthening and body rejuvenation. Among other things the grapes have flavonoids which are considered to be the powerful antioxidants which slow down the process of ageing and reduce the adverse impact of the free radicals. Plus, this grapes, banana, and walnuts salad is very yummy.
- 150 g grapes (any grape variety)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 glass of walnuts
- 100 g sour cream (youghurt)
- 2 tbsp honey
Cut each grape berry in half. Remove the seeds if there are any. Peel the banana and slice it. Peel the walnuts and chop them. Combine the fruits. Add sour cream and honey. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
