- 60 g milk
- 10 g semolina
- 1 egg
- 20 g caster sugar
- 10 g dairy butter
Pour semolina in the hot milk slowly. Stir continuously. Turn off the fire. Add dairy butter and cool the mass.
Grind yolks with caster sugar until they become the homogenous mass. Add semolina, whipped whites and mix the ingredients slightly.
Pour soufflé in the mini baking pans greased with dairy butter. Bake it in the oven.
Serve the dessert with fruit sauce or compote.
