Soft chocolate cream cheese spread

6277063051_afcd5eede2_zYou can grease the slices of a long loaf with this black chocolate and cheese spread and serve them with cocoa or coffee with milk. You should take hard homemade curds/cottage cheese and quality black chocolate. You can keep the dessert in a fridge for a week in a tightly covered jar.


  • 50 g dairy butter
  • 75 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 400 g curds/cottage cheese
  • 100 g black chocolate


Combine curds, soda, and milk. Mix the ingredients in a blender till you get the homogenous mass. Combine dairy butter and the prepared curd mixture in a pan. Cook the ingredients in a double boiler. When the quark will erase, mix the mass for 8-10 minutes more. The cheese will begin to melt. The mixture should become thick and elastic. Cook everything for 10-12 minutes. Turn off the fire and add sugar and the pieces of chocolate. Mix the ingredients till the chocolate melts.
