Sour cream solozhenyk


  • 0.3 cup of flour
  • 3 cups of thick sour cream
  • 350 g of sugar
  • 6 yolks
  • 6 whites
  • 30 g of dairy butter
  • 30 g of breadcrumbs
  • vanilla - to taste


Beat sour cream stiff. Grind sugar with yolks, add the whipped sour cream, some vanilla and frothed whites. Stir everything properly and knead the pastry carefully.

Grease a baking tray with dairy butter, powder it with breadcrumbs and bake our solozhenyk until golden and fluffy.
