Strawberry jam

Ingredients: 800 g (28 oz) sugar 300 ml water 1 kg (35 oz) wild strawberries Cooking Wash strawberries and pour them in the boiling sugar syrup (dissolve sugar in the 300 ml of water and bring it to boil). Boil strawberries until they become soft. Press them. Pour cooked jam in the jars. Cork up the jars hermetically, turn them up and cool. Enjoy your meal!

Gooseberry jam

Ingredients: 1.5 kg of sugar 4 cups of water 1 kg of gooseberries Cooking Wash berries and cut off their pedicles. Transfer the berries to a pan and boil them at 80°C for about 5 minutes. Combine sugar and water. Boil syrup and pour it above the berries. Cover the pan, stir the ingredients and leave them for 3-4 hours.
