Pepper stuffed with cheese

Ingredients: 1 kg of sweet pepper 400 g of cheese 2 eggs 4 tsp of sugar 80 g of cream salt – to taste Cooking Wash peppers, cut off the caps and remove the cores. Grate cheese. Mix it with raw eggs, sugar and salt. Stuff peppers with the prepared mass. Place the peppers in a pan or in a deep stewing pan, top them with cream and stew. Enjoy your meal!
