Your kids will like this vanilla yoghurt cocktail since it is healthy, toothsome, refreshing, and easy to cook. The people who keep a healthy lifestyle will enjoy the mocktail as well, while it is noncaloric.
Ingredients:
- 100 ml milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 apricots
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- a couple of ice cubes
- whipped cream – to taste
- cinnamon – to taste
Cooking
Combine milk, vanilla yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl. Then mix the ingredients in a blender and place the mixture in a fridge for 20 minutes. Wash and slice apricots thinly. Pour the cocktail in a glass. Add some ice cubes and the apricot slices. Top the cocktail with whipped cream and cinnamon. Serve at once.
