Watermelon jam



  • 500 g watermelon pulp
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 2 glasses water
  • 1 lemon


Cube watermelon pulp an boil until it becomes very soft. Strain off water and pour the watermelon with sugar syrup (combine 1 kg of sugar and 2 glasses of water and bring the mass to boil). Boil the jam for 10-15 minutes. Slice lemon rind, boil it and add to the watermelon. At the end of boiling add lemon juice.
