- 1,5 glass of flour
- 10 eggs
- 1 glass of cream
- 1 glass of dairy butter
- 1 glass of sugar
- 500 g (1,1 lb) apples
- 2 tsp lemon peel
Combine yolks, cream, sugar and dairy butter. Grate flour and lemon peel. Toss all the ingredients together. Add 2 whipped whites. Mix everything properly.
Pour the batter in a preheated frying pan and fry pancakes.
Peel apples and chop them. Combine the fruits with sugar and stew till soft.
Place the prepared mass in the center of each pancake, roll the pancakes. Pour remaining whipped whites above the pancakes and bake the dessert in an oven a little.
