Apricot and Pear Smoothie

The recipe of this drink is very easy. All ingredients are simply whipped in a blender until you get a homogeneous mass. Peeling and cutting of fruits is the work of a moment. The recipe also includes yogurt which should not contain any fruit additives in order to impart our smoothie more rich flavor of apricots and pears. This is a healthy, yummy and nutritious treat. Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe pears
  • 4 ripe apricots
  • 400 ml yogurt
  • 200 ml milk (1,5% fatness)

Cooking

Wash apricots and pears. Peel the fruits and chop them finely. Combine the prepared apricots, pears, milk, and yogurt together. Transfer the mass to a blender and whip it until smooth. Refrigerate the smoothie for a while and then serve. You may put some ice cubes in our smoothie if you don’t want to wait and serve the drink at once. Serve the apricot and pear smoothie immediately in tall glasses.
