Cottage Cheese, Carrot, and Greenery Appetizer

This appetizer is very simple yet no less delicious. Such a dish can become a great alternative to traditional sandwiches. It is perfect for any get-togethers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • a bunch of dill
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 300 g (10,5 oz) carrot
  • a bunch of spring onion
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) lettuce leaves
  • 300 g (10,5 oz) cottage cheese

Cooking

Wash lettuce leaves and tear them into medium pieces. Wash carrots and peel them. Grate the carrots finely. Peel a garlic clove and squeeze it. Wash dill and spring onion. Chop them finely. Combine all the prepared ingredients together. Add cottage cheese and sour cream. Mix everything carefully.

Shape the prepared mass in the form of balls. Decorate the appetizer with chopped dill and spring onion before serving.
