This egg pudding with sausages, cheese, and tomatoes is rich and tasty! Your family members will love it.
- 450 g (0,99 lb) small sausages
- 4 glasses of diced dry bread
- 2 glasses of grated cheese
- 10 eggs
- 4 glasses of milk
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp powdered garlic
- 1 glass of roma tomatoes
- ground black pepper – to taste
Preheat a frying pan over medium heat. Cut sausages into big pieces. Toast them till they get golden color. Place the sausages on a paper towel in order to let the fat drip.
Grease a baking sheet with dairy butter. Place the diced dry bread there. Top it with grated cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard, powdered garlic and pepper. Stir the ingredients thoroughly. Pour the mixture above the bread with cheese. Add the fried sausages and cut in half tomatoes. Leave the dish for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F). Cover the egg pudding with a foil and bake it for 1 hour. Then cool the pudding slightly, cut into portions and serve.
