- 8-10 apples
- flour (for coating)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- lemon juice – to taste
- sugar – to taste
Wash, peel, and core apples carefully. Then cut the apples into 4 parts. Coat the apple slices with flour. Preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the apples over medium heat until they become tender, stirring the fruits occasionally.
Place the apples in a serving bowl. Top them with sugar and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve the apples piping hot.
