Apple and Carrot Smoothie

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 medium apple
  • 3-4 parsley twigs
  • lettuce leaves – to taste


Wash carrots and apple. Peel them. Slice the apple and remove the seeds. Cube the carrots. Rinse parsley twigs and lettuce leaves. Cut them finely. Place all the ingredients in a blender and whip everything until the smoothie is creamy.

Pour the prepared smoothie into glass tumblers and place in a fridge for some time. Serve the smoothie chilled.
