Blackberry Smoothie

Smoothies are a favorite healthy treat for almost everyone. This luscious blackberry drink comes together in 5 minutes. Its recipe requires just 4 components, namely blackberries, milk, yoghurt, and honey. Simple yet delicious. Who can resist the temptation of this rich and filling smoothie?

You can make this wonderful smoothie in advance and take to your office for a quick snack on the go. This drink will also become a good source of energy before your workout.


  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 240 ml yoghurt
  • 200 g (7 oz) frozen blackberries


Unfreeze blackberries and put them in a blender. Pour yoghurt above. Then add milk and honey. Whip the ingredients until you get homogenous mass. Pour the smoothie into glass tumblers and serve immediately.
