- 3/4 l (liter) of milk
- 30 g of natural ground coffee
- 4 yolks
- 200 g of sugar
Boil a cup of coffee. Then mix the coffee with hot milk. Grate yolks with sugar. Add coffee and vanillin. Mix everything thoroughly. Heat the mass but do not bring it to boil. Stir the mass continuously. Turn off the fire when it begins to thicken. Cool and freeze the coffee ice-cream.
