Cucumber, Radish, and Ramson Salad

This spring salad will fill your body with energy and balance. Low in calories and very useful, this salad is the perfect option for those who want to cook a healthy dinner or supper. In addition, it looks pretty on a table.

This refreshing salad mixes fresh vegetables and ramson with piquant dressing that includes lemon juice and vegetable oil. Cucumbers and radishes are a perfect match, each offering distinctive texture and color. Cucumbers will add crunchiness to the salad while pink bulbs will brighten up your greens and add a little extra flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 radishes
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of ramson
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • fresh dill – to taste
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Wash ramson carefully and slice the leaves thinly. Rinse radishes and cut them into circles. Wash a cucumber and cut it into medium pieces. Rinse fresh dill and chop it finely. Place the prepared ingredients in a bowl.

Combine vegetable oil with lemon juice, salt, and black ground pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Add the dressing to the bowl and stir the ingredients.

Serve the salad chilled.
