Meat pilaf with vegetables


Cook this amazing meat pilav with rice, tomatoes, and green peas and serve your relatives and friends.


  • 3 glasses of rice
  • 1/2 glass of chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp dairy butter
  • 2 chicken leg quarters
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 glass of green peas
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • parsley – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Pour rice with hot water and salt it. Cool the rice, strain off the water through a colander, flush the rice with cool water. Melt dairy butter in a wok and add rice there. Pour everything with water. Salt the ingredients and boil them over high heat for 3 minutes, then cook the mass over medium heat 3 minutes more and after poach the pilav.

Peel a bulb onion, chop and fry it slightly. Add chicken leg quarters cut into medium pieces, peeled and sliced carrots, cut into semi-circles tomatoes. Mix everything, brown slightly and place the ingredients in a wok.

Add water and salt. Stew the pilav over low heat. Add green pea, pepper and cut parsley fifteen minutes before the end of cooking. Pour the ingredients with broth and cook them. Add squeezed garlic at the end of stewing.
