- 2 glasses of flour
- 1 tbsp of dry yeast
- 100 g of whole milk
- 150 g of dairy butter
- 1 partially filled cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of cacao
- 1 tbsp of lemon rind
- a bar of chocolate
Separate yolks from whites. Place the whites in a cold place. Dissolve yeast in warmed milk. Grind yolks with sugar and softened dairy butter. Add the yeast, salt, sifted flour. Mix everything and knead the pastry.
Add whipped whites to the pastry, stir carefully and divide into 2 parts. Add cacao to one part of the pastry and lemon rind – to the second part.
Take a baking tray and grease it with dairy butter. Spread out the layers of pastry, interlacing one with another. Bake pie in an oven at 200°C.
Cool the pie. Melt chocolate and top the baked pie with it.
