- 400 g young pea pods (frozen)
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 500 g brown champignons
- a bunch of chives
- 350 g chicken fillet
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 250 ml broth
- 250 g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp ground pinenuts
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
Unfreeze the pea pods. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the champignons in 4 parts. Chop the bunch of chives. Wash chicken fillet, dry and slice it.
Heat sunflower oil on a frying pan and fry the meat. Season it with salt and pepper. Add the prepared champignons, cherry tomatoes, pea pods and fry the ingredients for some minutes more. Then pour the broth and stew the dish for 10 minutes. Boil spaghetti in a large amount of salted water.
Fry pine nuts on a dry frying pan. Combine spaghetti with chicken and vegetables. Top the dish with the prepared pine nuts.
