The almonds are rich in vitamin E which is one of the main antioxidants. If you eat this kind of nuts regularly your brain activity will increase, exposure to stresses will diminish and insomnia will be gone. Moreover, these almond cookies with powdered sugar are very yummy.
- 400 g almonds
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 white of the egg
- dairy butter
- almond flakes
Combine white of the egg and powdered sugar. Mix the ingredients. Scald almonds, peel and chop them. Then bake the almonds slightly and combine them with the prepared mixture. Take a ring cake tin, dip it in water and place it on a baking sheet greased with dairy butter. Place the mixture in the ring and make the whole in a center. Then remove the ring cake tin and make one more cake. Continue till you use the whole mass.
Let the almond “rings” dry a little and bake them in an oven. Cool the cookies, top them with almond flakes and serve.
