- 300 g (0,66 lb) rusks
- 400 g (0,88 lb) curds
- 300 g (0,66 lb) apples
- 4 eggs
- 10 g (0,02 lb) cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 50 g (0,11 lb) dairy butter
- 50 g (0,11 lb) powdered sugar
Chop rusks and fry them on dairy butter till golden. Rub curds through a sieve. Peel apples and grate the fruits. Toss the rusks, curds, apples, raw eggs, cinnamon and cloves together. Mix the ingredients till you get a homogenous mass.
Grease a baking cup with dairy butter. Pour the prepared dough in the form of balls. Bake the cookies at medium temperature.
Then cool the apple curd cookies and top them with powdered sugar before serving.
