Chicken legs in sour cream sauce


  • 1 kg of chicken legs
  • 1.5 cup of sour cream
  • 3 tbsp of dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp of dried breadcrumbs


Place chicken legs in a deep stewing pan. Pour the meat with melted dairy butter and bake it for a while. Then top the chicken with dried breadcrumbs and pour with sour cream. Cover the lid and stew the meat until done. Serve the chicken hot with any vegetable salad.
