- 2 glasses of flour
- 1 yeast powder container
- 1 tsp sugar sand
- 200 g low fat curd
- 1/2 glass of warm water
- 1 white of the egg
Pass flour through the sieve. Dissolve yeast powder and sugar sand in warm milk. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes and let the yeast to rise. Mix the ingredients and knead the dough. Place the dough in a warm place and wait until it increases 2 times.
Form little buns and place them above the baking sheet greased with butter. Place the cutie pies in a warm place until they increase 2 times.
Beet a white of the egg with milk and grease the buns with the prepared mixture. Bake cutie pies in the preheated oven at 250°C for 15 minutes.
Serve the dessert with jam, confiture and compote.
