Turkey is considered to be healthy, dietary and tasty meat. In addition you can cook turkey stew in any time of a year. The turkey fillet in combination with stewed vegetables is very juicy and tender. The dish is light and will be appreciated by everyone. Once you try stewed turkey with vegetables, it will become one of your favorite dishes.
- 200 g (7 oz) turkey fillet
- 150 g (5 oz) white cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 150 g (1 cup) green beans
- 80 g (7 tbsp) chopped spinach
- culinary plants – to taste
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
- sunflower oil (for frying)
Rinse turkey and cut the fillet into medium pieces. Salt and pepper the meat. Set it aside for a while.
Peel and cut a carrot into circles. Fry the vegetable in the skillet on sunflower oil till golden. Add the turkey and fry over high heat for 15 minutes. Wash and chop cabbage finely. Add some water and spices to the skillet. Then stir the ingredients and stew them for 5 minutes. Stir in the cabbage and simmer everything for 10 minutes more. Add green beans and cook the dish for 7 minutes. After add chopped spinach and stew the mass 7 minutes more. Set the dish aside for 10 minutes and then serve.
