This dish is not only the adornment of the festive table, but an excellent appetizer. The “chickens” look so mouth-wateringly that’s almost impossible to withstand temptation. You will enjoy the special pleasure from the cooking of this egg and cheese appetizer with your children helping you.
- 3 boiled eggs
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 400 g curds/ cream-cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- olives / black pepper berries
- apple / carrot
- culinary plants
- 3 eggs
Peel and squeeze garlic. Boil eggs. Separate the whites of the egg and the yolks. Then peel and chop the whites of the egg. Combine the whites of the egg, curds/ cream-cheese, mayonnaise and garlic. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Form the “corpuses” and the “heads” from the mass. Stick the components with a toothpick. Grate the yolks and overstrew the “chickens” with them.
Get an apple or carrot and cut the “nibs” and the “crests”. Take olives and notch out the “eyes”. Combine all parts.
You can place the “chickens” in the eggs or simply on a platter with culinary plants.
