Batter fried mushrooms



  • 6 champignons
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml light beer
  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • sour cream – to taste
  • salt – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil


Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with sunflower oil. Grate the hard cheese. Combine the following ingredients: eggs, beer, flour, cheese, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix the mixture until smooth.

Peel and slice champignons. Dip mushroom slices into the batter and fry them in a big quantity of sunflower oil.

Pour the dish with sour cream and serve while the mushrooms are still hot. Place some fresh tomatoes and culinary plants on a plate as a side.
