Ingredients:
- 300 g of beetroot
- 150 g of sour cream
- 1 horseradish
- cinnamon – to taste
- vinegar – to taste
- sugar – to taste
- salt – to taste
Cooking
Wash a beetroot, boil, peel and grate it. Combine the vegetable with cinnamon and salt. Wash, peel and grate a horseradish. Mix it with sour cream, vinegar and sugar. Toss all the ingredients together and mix them until well combined.
