Burning fruit dessert



  • 200 g cherries (fresh / canned)
  • 300 g fresh pineapple
  • 1 big peach
  • 1/2 glass of apple juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 80 ml cherry liqueur


Wash cherries, cut off the pedicles, remove the stones. Peel and dice a pineapple. Wash and slice a peach.

Mix the ingredients with 1 tbsp of sugar. Pour the fruits with apple juice and boil them for 10 minutes over medium heat. Pour the prepared syrup in a bowl.

Melt butter and 1 tbsp of sugar till the condition of the hard boiling confectionery. Rewarm the fruits in the hard boiling confectionery. Preheat the syrup and cherry liqueur separately and pour the fruits with the cooked mixture.
