Ingredients:
- 1 chicken
- 100 g Brussel sprouts
- 2 l (liter) water
- salt – to taste
- black ground pepper – to taste
- dill / parsley
- trickled pastries
Cooking
Boil chicken in salted water. Slice it and dip the meat in the filtered broth. Add Brussel sprouts and boil the ingredients for 15 minutes. Add fried bulb onion and cut dill / parsley. Mix everything properly and boil the broth.
