Chicken broth with semolina dumplings



  • 500 g chicken
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bulb onion
  • a bunch of parsley
  • a bunch of celery
  • 30 g butter
  • 100 g semolina
  • 2 eggs
  • culinary plants
  • salt – to taste


Pour chicken with cold water and bring it to boil. Scum a broth. Peel and cut carrot and onion. Add parsley, celery, onion, carrot and salt. Boil the ingredients and then cool them.

Remove meat from the bones and cube the chicken. Filter the broth and heat it again. Add cut chicken.

Mix semolina, butter, egg and salt. Knead dough. Form dumplings and add them to the broth. Boil it for a couple of minutes more.

Add chopped culinary plants before serving.
