Chicken, Cheese, and Vegetable Pie

I am glad to share the recipe of one more comforting pie the whole family can enjoy. This hearty pie is a pleasure to serve and eat in autumn. It is filled with useful vegetables for a nutritious dinner or supper.

You would not resist the temptation of a savory blend of chicken breast, carrot, cauliflower, and green beans. These ingredients make a perfect combination of taste for the season. Don’t hold back to cook this fabulous pie. Your relatives will like it!


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 150 g (5 oz) hard cheese
  • 400 g (14 oz) cauliflower
  • 400 g (14 oz) green beans
  • 300 g (10, 5 oz) chicken fillet
  • dairy butter (for greasing)
  • salt – to taste


Cut a chicken fillet into medium cubes and boil the meat in salted water until done. Place the chicken on a plate and set aside for a while. Put washed green beans and cut cauliflower in the pan. Boil the ingredients. Peel a carrot and bulb onion. Chop and stew the ingredients. Mince the boiled chicken and boiled vegetables separately.

Combine milk, eggs, grated cheese, and salt. Stir everything carefully. Add the minced vegetables and meat. Stir in finely cut parsley. Grease a baking sheet with dairy butter and transfer the prepared mixture there. Bake the dish until golden and crisp, about 40 minutes.
