Fried Toasts with Bacon and Eggs

The secret of this dish lies in the sauce, which comprises a combination of yolks, mustard, and lemon juice. This creamy sauce imparts unbelievable flavor and gives a unique taste to our toasts.

These toasts will be a sure winner at your next breakfast.


  • 8 eggs
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 8 bread slices
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • red ground pepper – to taste
  • spring  onion – to taste


  • 3 yolks
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of dairy butter


Place dairy butter in a bowl and melt it. Combine yolks, mustard, lemon juice, and salt in a blender jug. Whip the ingredients for 5 seconds. Then pour the melted dairy butter above. Whip the sauce until smooth. Keep the prepared sauce in a warm place.

Preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Brown bacon slices until crispy. Then fry bread slices until golden. Boil eggs and cut them in halves.

Place the bread slices on a serving plate. Put the bacon and eggs above. Top the dish with the cooked sauce. Season the toasts with red ground pepper and put the chopped spring onion above.
