Toasts with crunch sausages

We offer the recipe of a quick and appetizing snack. If you don’t have much time and want to give to eat your children, keep in mind this recipe for toasts with crunch sausages and it will help you out from time to time.

Ingredients:

  • a loaf of French bread
  • 80 g (0,18 lb) dairy butter
  • 300 g (0,66 lb) sausages
  • 200 g (0,44 lb) hard cheese
  • 2 yolks
  • dairy butter
  • fresh dill (for serving)

Cooking

Grate hard cheese and combine it with yolks. Fry sausages slightly and dice them. Slice a loaf of French bread, melt dairy butter and spread it above each piece of bread. Place the prepared sausages above and top the toasts with the prepared cheese mass. Put the toasts on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cook them in an oven for 15 minutes. Then transfer the toasts to the plate and place the chopped dill above.
