Goose with apples


  • 1 kg of goose
  • 800 g of apples
  • dairy butter
  • olive oil – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Wash and gut a goose. Rinse and peel apples. Stuff the goose with the apple rind, rub it with salt and put on a baking tray greased with dairy butter. Bake goose until cooked. During baking pour the goose with juice which exudes.

Cut peeled apples in halves and arrange them in a deep stewing pan. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake for 10-15 minutes. Take out the rind from the goose. Take a serving plate and arrange the baked apples and goose there.
