- 1 kg of rabbit (hind legs and back)
- 2 tbsp of lard / dairy butter
- 3 bulb onions
- 1 glass of sour cream
- black ground pepper – to taste
- salt – to taste
Cut rabit across the fibers into big pieces. Make chops and cut them into smaller pieces. Powder the rabbit with salt and pepper. Heat the lard and fry cutlets on both sides. Then place them in a pan. Powder cutlets with fried onion, pour them with sour cream and stew 15-20 minutes in the oven.
Serve rabbit cutlets with baked potato, lettuce, and mustard sauce.
