- 1 kg of pork
- 400 g of salo
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 8 peas of black pepper
- 2-3 tbsp of salt
Prepare guts: clean them, take off the fat from the face side, wash the guts properly twice, turn the guts out and wash them again. Pour clear guts with hot but not boiling water. Rub them with salt, wash properly and place in cold water for twenty-four hours.
Cut into pieces meat and cube half of salo. Grind the remaining part of salo. Combine these ingredients with squeezed garlic, black pepper and salt.
Stuff the guts with the prepared filling and put in a cold place for 5-6 hours. Then pierce sausages with a fork in some places and fry it with salo or with salo and cut onion. The homemade sausage is done!

Tip! For a long storage period it is advised to pour sausages with melted lard and keep them in an enameled or ceramic dish.
