Jellied anchovies


  • 0.5 kg of anchovies
  • 0.5 glass of water
  • 0.5 glass of vinegar
  • 0.5 of bulb onion
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 carrot
  • allspice – to taste
  • parsley – to taste


Peel a carrot and slice it. Wash parsley and chop it finely. Peel a bulb onion and dice it. Combine the ingredients and place them in a pan. Pour water above, add vinegar, bay leaf, and allspice. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Boil the marinade and cool it.

Place anchovies in a deep bowl and pour them with the cooked marinade. PLace the bowls in a fridge and let the dish set. Serve the marinated anchovies in twenty-four hours.
