Salmon with honey and cinnamon

I offer you a very easy recipe for salmon. Spend a little time in the kitchen and you will get amazingly tasty salmon marinated in honey, mustard, and soy sauce.


  • 400 g salmon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • sesame seeds
  • cinnamon – to taste


Unfreeze the salmon (in case you don’t have fresh fish). Cut it into 4 parts.

Let’s cook the marinade. Combine mustard, soy sauce and honey. Pour the salmon with the prepared marinade. Place the аish in a fridge for 30 minutes.

Then top the fish with sesame seeds and cinnamon. Place the salmon in the beforehand preheated oven to 170°C for 30 minutes.

Here it is! Magnificent and in addition dietetic salmon is ready! You can serve it with a salad or garnish.
